我省基层派出所社区警务探索

A Probe into the Community Policing in the Basic-level Police Stations of Guizhou Province

公安部在杭州全国公安派出所工作会议上提出了实施社区警务。社区警务的提出无论是从理论上、战略上、还是在公安派出所基层工作的操作层面上都起着指导作用,关系到社会稳定的大局。当前,我省公安派出所的基层基础工作存在着这样和那样的问题,从而导致对辖区的社会治安控制能力降低。为解决这一问题,必须探索我省社区警务实施中存在的不足,贯彻社区警务战略,使治安管理工作真正起到应有的作用。

The ministry of public security of PRC put forward the strategy to carry out community policing in the national meeting of police stations in Hangzhou , which will play a guidance role in theory, strategy, the practical work of basic-level police stations, and maintain a steady society. Currently, many problems existing in the work of basic-level police stations of Guizhou will reduce their management ability of public order. In order to solve this problem, it's necessary to make a probe into the problems existing in the practice of community policing in our province, carry out the strategy of community policing, and bring the management work of public order into full play.
