Some Arguments on the Sustainable Development of Chinese Football Club

改革开放、社会主义市场经济为中国体育的深化改革 ,为中国足球俱乐部的建设与发展提供了条件。中国足球俱乐部虽走过10个年头 ,但与西方发达国家相比 ,却仍处于“婴儿期” ,正因为它处于这样的时期 ,加之中国的国情 ,即仍是社会主义初级阶段 ,就不可避免地存在很多不足 ,只有客观认识中国足球俱乐部的现状、问题 ,加强俱乐部的体制、法规建设 ,转变职能 ,理顺管理体制 ,积极开拓和培育市场 ,以及重视足球人才的培养和盘活人才流动机制 ,才能使中国足球俱乐部彻底解决问题 ,形成可持续发展的局面。

China's reform and opening policy and the socialism market economy create conditions for the reformation of Chinese football and the construction of Chinese football club.Chinese football club has been developed for ten years,while compared with western developed countries,it is still in the“babyhood”.Because of this and China's condition,i.e China is still in the primary stage of socialism,some problems cannot be avoided.We should realˉize the present problems existing in Chinese football club and strengthen the construction of system and code.What's more,the government must change duties,expand football market,cultivate football players and set up the system of exchanging players.Only with these measures,can we solve problems in Chinese football club thoroughly and form the sustainable development situation.
