摘要
针对D6114B型柴油机机体在加工过程中所出现的挺柱孔质量缺陷,如:挺柱孔圆柱度超差、锥形、孔口毛刺等进行分析,收集必要的加工数据;然后从人、机、料、法、环各方面进行相应的生产加工试验、研究;寻找造成以上质量缺陷的主要原因,结合产品工艺系统的复合性,确定改进方案,再进行必要的工艺性加工试验;在此基础上实施优化、改进,使机体挺柱孔的一次加工质量合格率有了很大的提高。
There occurred the quality defections of tappet holes in the cylinder block of D6114B engine during machining process such as cylindrical defection, taper and burs. The cylinder block is a key component of an engine. To solve this issue, following measures have been taken: analyzing these defects and collecting necessary data to do manufacturing test on person, machine, material, principle and conditions to find out the causes, confirming the causes case by case, defining improvement by combining the complexness of the process, and confirming the improvement by doing the essential manufacturing test, and then making further improvement and optimization. Eventually, greatly improvement has been made on one time quality rate of the tappet holes machining.
