摘要
本文在指出大系统方法不能有效描述具有层次特性的系统的基础上，提出研究二层系统优化决策是必要的。本文给出了二层系统优化决策的几种数学模型，论述了由此进行最优决策分析的相关数学基础理论。最后，提出了一些值得进一步研究的问题。
In this paper, it is pointed out that the theory of large-scale system is not effective in describing hierarchical systems, which means that it is necessary to study the methodology of optimal decision-making in bi-level system. Some types of mathematical models concerned with optimal decision-making in bi-level system are given,which present a mathematical basis for the optimal decision-making analysis. Finally, some problems needed to be studied further are brought up here too.
