摘要
大桥水库混凝土面板堆石坝高93m,是四川省已建成的最高的混凝土面板堆石坝,大坝填筑总量达198万m3,面板面积为30111m2。大坝填筑包括坝基清理及坝体填筑两部分。混凝土面板施工分两期,采用无轨滑模。趾板混凝土浇筑后,进行了固结灌浆和帷幕灌浆。在施工质量方面,确定了控制标准及质量保证体系,并在施工中发挥了积极作用。
Concrete faced rockfill dam(CFRD) at Daqiao Reservoir is the highest one in the existed CFRD in Sichuan Province . The CFRD is 93m high with placement volume of 1980000m^3 and face slab area of 30111m^2. Dam placement includes dam foundation clean-up and dam placing . Concrete face slabs are constructed in two stages with railless slipforms. Consolidation grouting and curtain grouting are carried out after toe slabs are concreted . Standards and quality insurance system are established in construction quality control and play an positive role during construction .
