消内异颗粒对大鼠的长期毒性研究

Study of the Long-term Toxicity in Rats Exposed to Xiaoneiyi Granule

目的 :研究新药 (中药 )消内异颗粒对大鼠的长期毒性作用 .方法 :用 10mL/ (kg·d)给大鼠灌胃 8周 .结果 :各脏器未见明显改变 ,体重增长与对照组无差异 ,肝、肾功能及血常规均未见异常 .结论 :5倍剂量消内异颗粒未见长期毒性反应 .

Objective: To investigate the long-term toxicity in rats exposed to a new medicine Xiaoneiyi granule.Methods: The Xiaoneiyi granule was forced to feed to rats at the dose of 10mL/(kg·d) for 8 week.Results: The organs of rats were normal and the gain of body weight of rats in both experimental group and control group had no difference.The test results of liver function, kidney function and the blood routine were in normal.Conclusion:The Xiaoneiyi granule has no long-term toxicity in rats exposed to it at the dose of 10mL/kg·d for 8 week.
