摘要 目的 :探讨胚胎期间Meckel 's软骨在下颌骨发育中的作用和意义 .方法 :建立和制备SD大鼠胚胎 1 3~ 2 1d的下颌骨发育模型 ,采用HE染色法观察下颌骨冠状、矢状和水平方向三维连续切片 .结果 :胚胎 1 3dMeckel' s软骨周围间充质细胞凝聚、分化并开始成骨 ,骨基质沿Meckel s软骨外侧向内侧方向延伸 ,于胚胎 2 1d包绕Meckel s软骨形成下颌骨 ;胚胎 1 5dMeckel' s软骨前段软骨细胞间见血管形成、软骨细胞骨化 .结论 :下颌骨的发育始于胚胎间充质细胞在Meckel 's软骨边缘的凝聚、分化 ;Meckel 's软骨前段通过软骨内骨化参与形成下颌骨 . Objective: To observe and analyze the role and significance of Meckel’s cartilage in mandible development during embryo stage. Methods: The model of mandible development of SD rat was established and the series samples of embryo in 13~21 days were processed.A series of three-dimensional (frontal, sagittal, horizontal) tissue section of the mandible with H-E stain was observed.Results:Condensation and differentiation of the mesenchymal cells around the Meckel's cartilage and osseous tissue were observed at 13 day.Bone matrix extended along the Meckel's cartilage from lateral to medial side, and finally covered the Meckel's cartilage at 21 day.Erosion of the vessels and ossification of the chondrocytes occurred simultaneously in the anterior end of Meckel's cartilage at 15 day.Conclusion: The mandible development may be based on the condensation and differentiation of the mesenchymal cells; the anterior end of Meckel's cartilage ossified enchondrally and directly contributed to the growth of the mandible.
