克雷伯菌临床菌株中1类整合子相关基因的分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的 :研究多重耐药克雷伯菌中 1类整合子基因及相关的sul1和qacE△ 1基因的携带情况 .方法 :K -B法做耐药菌株的药敏试验 .PCR扩增检测intI1整合酶基因 ,sul1和 qacE△ 1基因 .结果 :克雷伯菌多为3种或 3种以上抗生素耐药 ,其耐药表型大多为对氨苄青霉素 /克拉维酸、庆大霉素、头孢唑啉和哌拉西林耐药 ,且与 1类整合子的存在密切相关 .整合酶intI1基因阳性率为 80 % (48/ 6 0 ) ;1类整合子相关的sul1和qacE△ 1基因的阳性率分别为 94 % (45 / 4 8)和 90 % (43/ 4 8) .结论 :克雷伯菌的多重耐药与 1类整合子密切相关 .sul1和 qacE△ 1基因可以作为 1类整合子的标志基因 . Objective: To investigate the carrying situation of class 1 integrase gene and class 1 integron relative genes in Klebsiella species multidrug resistant strains.Methods: Antibiotic sensitivity tests were performed by K-B method. IntI1 integrase gene and class 1 integron marker genes were detected by PCR.Results: Most Klebsiella species were resistant to three or above three antibiotics.And this resistance was related closely to the class 1 integron.The positive ratio of class 1 integrase gene was 80% (48/60).The positive ratio of class 1 integrase relative genes sul 1 and qacE△1 was 94%(45/48) and 90%(43/48) respectively.Conclusion: The multi-drug resistance of Klebsiella species is significantly associated with the class 1 integron.Sul 1 and qacE△1 genes may be the marker genes of class 1 integron.
