Problems in 1200 Fixed Dentures' Trying in and the Methods to Resolve

目的 :探讨固定义齿试戴中容易出现的问题 ,分析试戴困难的原因 .方法 :所有病例均按照铸造金属或金属烤瓷固定义齿的要求备牙 ,取印模后送专业义齿加工厂制作后试戴 .结果 :绝大部分固定义齿均能顺利试戴 ,仅有少部份试戴困难 .结论 :固定义齿不失为一种较为理想的修复体 .

Objective: To analyze the seasons to cause the problems in fixed dentures' trying in.Methods: Abutment tooth were prepared standardly.Models were sent to the laboratory.The fixed bridges were tried in the clinic.Results: Most fixed dentures can be put in smoothly and fit very well.Few of them had problems.Conclusion: Fixed bridges were a good method to repair missing tooth with the wel tooth preparation and manufacure.
