[目的 ] 了解九亭社区部分慢性病流行状况及影响因素。 [方法 ] 通过随机抽样与普查相结合 ,调查年龄在 40～ 75岁的所有常住居民 ,资料采用SPSS 11.5软件建立数据库进行统计分析。 [结果 ] 高血压与冠心病均呈现随年龄增加 ,患病率增高的趋势 ;尽管不同病种其影响因素不全相同 ,但遗传与超重是高血压、冠心病、糖尿病的主要危险因素。 [结论 ] 遗传与超重对高血压、冠心病、高血脂、糖尿病四种疾病的影响重大 ,在社区此

Objective To investigate the prevalence of main chronic diseases and their influencing factors in Jiuting Community. [Methods] A cross-sectional survey of randomly selected sample together with and census data of 40 to 75 year old residents was collected. SPSS 11.5 software was used to analyze the data. [Results] The prevalence of hypertension and coronary heart disease increased with age, heredity and overweight were two common risk factors of hypertension ,coronary heart disease and diabetes. [Conclusion] Heredity and overweight were the key influencing factors of the main chronic diseases in Jiuting community. Intervention against overweight should be the key measure for the prevention and control of the main chronic diseases in this community.
