In this paper we consider such a problem about product structure optimum in mar-ket challenge. First, a mathematical model is set up for the optimal strategy of product price.Algorithm I designed is accomplished by solving transportation problem. Next, algorithm Ⅱ designed relying on algorithm Ⅰ, to optimise product structure, is accomplished by solving a se-ries of linear programming problems.
