摘要
用电化学测试法分别考察了"羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)+4mol/LKOH"和"聚丙烯酸(PAA)+4mol/LKOH"胶体电解质对铝阳极的电化学性能影响。结果表明:铝在2 5%PAA胶体电解质中的电化学性能比在CMC胶体电解质中的好;在2 5%PAA胶体电解质中分别添加0 50mmol/LNa2SnO3、0 05mmol/LHgCl2和0 80mmol/LK2MnO4,对铝的缓蚀、活化作用都有所改善,效果最好的是Na2SnO3,K2MnO4次之。
The effects of two kinds of gelled electrolyte[4 mol/L KOH added with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) or polyacrylic acid(PAA)] on electrochemical properties of Al were examined by electrochemical test methods.The results showed that electrochemical properties of Al in '2.5% PAA + 4 mol/L KOH' were better than in 'CMC+4 mol/L KOH', the corrosion (inhibition) and activation properties of Al were improved by adding 0.50 mmol/L Na_2SnO_3, 0.05 mmol/L HgCl_2 and 0.80 mmol/L K_2MnO_4 into '2.5% PAA + 4 mol/L KOH'respectively.Na_2SnO_3 was the best; the second was K_2MnO_4.
