摘要
由于生产线改造,四联机生产速度提高,原有的刮离装置不适应要求。结合设备的特点,用磁筒真空装置代替原有的刮离装置,提高了机械的协调性和稳定性。该机生产率由75只/min提高到140只/min,废(次)品率由0 25%降低到0 22%,设备效率提高了86 67%。
The production speed of four-work unite machine was accelerated because of the reform of production line. The original scraping cutter could not meet the demand. Combined with the characteristics of the machine, the original scraping cutter was (replaced) by the magnetism cylinder vacuum equipment. So coordination and stability of the machine was increased. Productivity of the equipment was increased from 75 batteries/min to 140 batteries/min, waste rate was decreased from 0.25% to 0.22%. The efficiency of the equipment was improved 86.67%.
