无汞碱性锌锰电池用锌粉的制备

摘要 通过电解含ZnO的KOH溶液和缓蚀剂金属氧化物(包括PbO、Bi2O3、In2O3),得到锌合金粉。最佳工艺条件为:KOH溶液浓度30%;在1LKOH溶液中加入0 20gPbO、0 03gBi2O3和0 02gIn2O3;电解温度70℃;电流密度300mA/cm2。实验表明:在测试条件下,锌粉析气量能降到0 15ml/g·d,缓蚀效果良好。 Zinc alloy powder was prepared by electrolyzing the KOH solution with ZnO and the oxides of inhibitor metals ((including) PbO, Bi_2O_3 and In_2O_3). The optimum technology conditions: KOH concentration was 30%,0.20 g PbO, 0.03 g Bi_2O_3 and 0.02 g In_2O_3 were added into 1 L KOH solution, electrolytic temperature was 70 ℃, current density was 300 mA/cm^2. The amount of the gas generated of zinc powder could be reduced to 0.15 ml/g·d in testing conditions, the inhibiting effect was good.
