This paper has described the advantage in the manufacturing of the column wearing plate of accelerated lorry with 47Mn2Si2TiB steel, the process parameters by which the heat treatment of the wearing plate can be performed on the gas heating furnace production line have been determined . This process can ensure the flatness of work piece less than 0.64mm, hardness within 50~58HRC and avoid the soft belt area.
