提速货车立柱磨耗板的材质及热处理工艺

摘要 介绍了采用47Mn2Si2TiB钢制造提速货车转向架立柱磨耗板的优越性,确定了磨耗板在燃气快速加热炉生产线上进行热处理的工艺参数。采用该工艺可保证工件平面度小于0.64mm,硬度在50~58HRC范围内,并消除了软带。 This paper has described the advantage in the manufacturing of the column wearing plate of accelerated lorry with 47Mn2Si2TiB steel, the process parameters by which the heat treatment of the wearing plate can be performed on the gas heating furnace production line have been determined . This process can ensure the flatness of work piece less than 0.64mm, hardness within 50~58HRC and avoid the soft belt area.
