摘要
一重公司通过对钢包精炼炉进行真空氧脱碳(VOD)改造(安装水冷氧枪和真空加料系统),成功地熔炼并浇铸出碳含量在0.03wt%以下且气体含量很低的三峡水轮机用不锈钢叶片。所制叶片不仅化学成分、冶金质量均达到了设计要求,而且比以往工艺降低生产成本约13%,技术经济效益十分可观。
By means of the upgrading of the ladle refining furnace for the purpose of vacuum oxygen decarbonization (VOD) in China First Heavy Industries, the stainless steel used for the blade of the hydraulic turbine of Three Gorge Project has been successfully melted and cast, the carbon content of which is less than 0.03% with very low gas content. Both the chemical composition and the metallurgical quality of the blade have met the engineering requirement, and the production cost is 13% lower than that of the prior ones with better benefits.
