By considering the actual condition of China's conomic development,a complete monitoring and advanced-warning system for China's economic waves is established in this pa-pe.And then,positive analysis of China's economic waves is done by using the system. The complete method for establishing the monitoring and advanced一warning system is given also in this paper, and the system's effective function in macro一economic adjustment and control is described.
