摘要 铝是人体非必需矿物质 ,已发现铝元素摄取过多与多种疾病相关联。茶是少数几种可在体内蓄积铝元素的植物之一 ,而有将近世界人口一半的人有饮茶习惯 ,因此近年来茶中铝问题引起关注。就近年来有关茶树中铝分布和铝浓度、茶叶和茶汤铝浓度、动物实验、人体实验、流行病学调查几个方面的研究文献 ,对茶中铝的安全性进行系统详细地综述。结论为茶中铝元素对人体健康可能有负面影响。 Aluminum is a nonessential trace metal to human and the over intake of aluminum have been proved associated with many disease.Tea is one of the few plants that can accumulate aluminum in frond.The half of the world population have the habit drinking tea.Thus many researchers have focused on the safety of aluminum in tea in recent years.This article systematically discusses the aluminum distribution and concentration in tea plants;the aluminum concentration in tealeaves and tea infusion;the animal studies and human studies and epidemiological studies of tea consumption and the relationship between Alzheimer's dis-ease.The conclusion is that the aluminum in tea is not as safety as we considered.
