This paper aims to study of product portfolio management(PPM) problem imple- mented by computer aided decision making. By means of the expert system in this paper,the PPM diagram of nine quadrant is implemented and drawn,with business strength as X-axis and industry attractiveness as Y-axis.The quadrant areas of PPM diagram can be intelligently adjusted according to economic development,status of the industry prospects and concerned business strategies.
