摘要
在剖析渭北旱原自然资源和优势农产品发展背景的基础上,论述了加入WTO对该区优势农产品发展的影响,提出了大力发展优势农产品加工业、产业结构调整和升级、提高科技对优势农产品的贡献率、支持优势农产品质量安全体系建设、加快生态农业模式的推广普及等综合发展战略途径来增加区域优势农产品的国际竞争力和促进农民的增收。
On the basis of the analysis of its natural resources and developmental background of advantageous agro-products in the Weibei dryland region, the paper discusses the effects of the entry of china to WTO on the agro-products of the region, putting forward that the international competitive edge of regional advantageous agro-products and farmers' income be improved by energetically developing the industries of agro-product processing, adjusting and upgrading the industrial structure, raising the scientific contribution to advantageous agro-products, supporting the construction of agro-product safety system and speeding up wide extension of organic farming.
