The paper first gives a clear analysis of the features and demands of the work-passen- ger-train-in-motion programme,then set up the fuzzy mathmatic model for the problem meanwhile put forward the concept and method of fuzzy dynamic multiple-way gathering.The article also explains in detail how the sample index is selected and determined together with the feature of the sample index,then the setting of the principle for multiple-way gathering center,the structural feature of fuzzy controlling function, the proeess of establishing effect-interrelat- ed matrix. Finally,with a real instance,the article gives an analysis of scientific and feasible pos- sibility for the application of fuzzy set theory to passenger-train-in-motion programme.
