It is offered the inquiry into the implication,calculation and approach of the value and risk of time in network schedule,which specifically relates to the problem of applying it in a contracting market anvironment.ome points are presented such as the delay of non-critical activity may also cause claims some times, because of the value of its flowing time;the total duration of network schedule calculated by CPM has quite a large risk potentially which could be greater than 50% in many cases;ect.
