摘要
我国大量的壁画作品在建筑物改建和二次装修中被拆毁,引起了艺术界和法律界人士的关注。本文以我国首例壁画诉讼案为契机,分析了壁画知识产权保护的有效途径。
A great number of mural paintings,destroyed during the reconstruction and secondary decoration of building,arouses the hot discussion between art and legal community in China.The article analyzes the possible protection means to fresco on the basis of the suit of The Chibi war.
