股份企业生产经营决策

On the Management and Policy-Making of the Joint Stock Enterprises

本文根据股份企业生产经营的耗资过程，运用泛函变分原理，求出一组最优决策模式：①产品批量生产有最佳生产期限，使资金得到合理运用；②从生产经营过程的最低耗资，确定产品的临界价格；③优化累积产量的生产计划，合理安排和控制生产过程。这一模式，将有助于股份企业提高经济效益，使投资者的利益得到保证。本文提出的决策模式，也适用于靠贷款进行生产经营的企业。

Abstract Accordig to the occupation process in the joint-stock enterprise management, in this paper, adopted the functional culculus, a serial of optimal policy-making model is established:i)to rational utilize the capital with the optimal production periods of the batch products; ii)to ditermine the marginal prices of the products in the minimun capital occupation;and iii) to properly control the production process by the optimal accumulated output plan, This model will hopefully to improve the economic efficiency of the joint-stock enterprise so as to gurantee the benefits of the innvestors, and is also suitable to the eterprises fianeed by loans.
