摘要 当今社会,各国以及各国企业把专利战略作为竞争情报和知识管理工作的重要组成部分,本文试图建立一个基于Ontology的专利实施服务系统模型,从技术上来实现对专利信息的知识管理并且提供知识服务。 Nowadays,every country regards patent strategy as an important part of competitive intelligence and knowledge management work,in this paper we will try to construct a patent service system based on ontology,therefore achieving the knowledge management of patent information and providing knowledge service.
