智力资本——资源配置中的新要素

文章从智力资本的定义引入,分析了传统的资源配置方式,提出了资源配置中,智力资本从两方面发挥了作用,一是智力本身作为一种重要的经济资源参与配置,另一种是智力资本作为杠杆调节资源的流向。从而阐明了智力资本作为资源配置中新的重要因素应当受到公司和企业的足够重视和开发利用。

The paper borrows the concept of intelligent capital,analyses traditional resource collocating mode,raises that intelligent capital exerts its function from two aspects in resource collocation:one is that intelligent attaches itself to collocation as an important economic resource,the other is that intelligent capital adjusts resource's flow direction as lever,thus the paper explains that as a new important factor in resource collocation,intelligent capital should be paid enough attention and developed and utilized fully by companies and enterprises.
