浅论公司智力资本及其开发

随着经济全球化和新经济的出现,智力资本已经成为公司创造财富的重要资源。公司之间的绩效差异越来越表现为他们所拥有的知识的差异。通过智力资本管理提高企业的竞争力已经成为一个全球性的研究热点。本文对智力资本的定义和构成进行了分析,探讨了智力资本的管理属性,并提出了智力资本管理的方法和途径。

With the emergence of economic globalization and new economy,intellectual capital(IC)has become the most important resource for corporations to create value.The difference of corporate performance is largely due to the difference of knowledge which they possess.To increase corporate competitive advantage,managing corporate IC effectively has turned into a global research problem.This paper analyzes the definition and constitutes of IC,explores the managerial attributes of IC and put forwards some managerial methods and approach.
