A Universal Computerprogram for PopulationPlanning at County Level

本文采用人口系统研究方法，以ＴＵＲＢＯＢＡＳＩＣ开发了一个县级人口系统规划研究通用的软件。该软件包括人口的复杂预测和人口优化，其中人口的复杂预测又包括人口预测（利用宋健模型）和用线性回归预测一些指标（采用一部分林德金模型）。它被应用到盐亭县人口系统规划研究中获得相当满意的结果。

Abstract in this paer, an universal computer program for population planning at county lev-el has been developed by Turbo Basic. The program included the complex forecast andoptimization of population, in which, the population forecast further includes forecast of popu-lation by using the model of Song Jan and some indexes with the linear regression by partiallyusing the model of Lin Dejing, the program has been used for population planning of YantingCounty, and the rather satjsfactory results are obtained.
