摘要
目的分离危害舟山海水网箱养殖大黄鱼烂尾病的病原。方法从患病大黄鱼中分离的病原菌参照文献进行分类鉴定、人工感染和药敏试验。结果从患病大黄鱼中分离到2个菌株,根据形态及生理生化特征,其中1株S030901菌株属于哈氏弧菌(VibrioHarveyi), 经人工感染试验证实能导致试验鱼100% 死亡;另1株S030902菌株属于溶藻弧菌(V alginolyticus),对试验鱼几乎无毒性。药敏试验结果显示,S030901菌株对诺氟沙星等17种药物高度敏感,对头孢拉定等7种药物中度敏感,对青霉素G等16种药物不敏感。结论哈氏弧菌是舟山海水网箱养殖大黄鱼烂尾病的病原菌,诺氟沙星、氟苯尼考等药物可作为治疗药物。
Objective: To find out the pathogen of tail-rotted disease in marine cage-cultured Pseudosciaena crocea (Richardson) in Zhoushan. Methods: The bacteria isolated from the diseased Preudosciaena crocea were identified, meanwhile, artificial infection and drug sensitive test were also carried out.Results: Two strains of pathogenic bacteria (S030901 and S030902) were isolated from the diseased fish. Artificial infection showed that strain S030901 was high pathogenic, while strain S030902 was almost nonpathogenic. According to the shapes and biochemical characteristics, strain S030901 was identified as Vibrio harveyi, and strain S030902 was identified as V.alginolyticus. The drug sensitive test showed that strain S030901 was highly sensitive to 17 antibiotics which included norfloxacin and chloramphenicol, and was moderately sensitive to 7 drugs including cefradine, but was less sensitive to other 17 drugs such as penicillin G, vanoomycin. Conclusion: Vibrio harveyi was the main pathogen which caused the tail-rotted disease in marine cage-cultured Pseudosciaena crocea (Richardson) in Zhoushan. [
