假木贼中化学成分的分离和结构鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究盐生假木贼(Anabasissalsa)的正丁醇和短叶假木贼(Anabasisbrevifolia)的氯仿提取物的化学成分。方法 用LP 18及硅胶等色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为2 O β D 葡糖基 4,6 二甲氧基苯乙酮(1),2 O (2) β D 葡糖基 4,6 二甲氧基苯乙酮(2),3 甲 基 丁 2 烯酸 [2 (4 甲氧基苯基) 乙基] 酰胺(3),5,6,7,2′ 四甲氧基异黄酮(4),2′ 羟基 5,6,7 三甲氧基异黄酮 (5)。结论 化合物2,3,5为新化合物,其余化合物均为首次从假木贼属(Anabasis.L)植物中分离得到。 Aim To study the chemical consitituents of the n-butanol-extracts of Anabasis salsa and the chloroform-extra ct of Anabasis brevifolia. Methods Various chromatographic techniques were used to separat e and purify the constituents. Their physico-chemical properties and spectral d ata were used to elucidate their structures. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as 2-O -β-D-glucopyranosyloxy-4,6-dimethoxy phenylenthanone(1), 2-O-(2)-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy-4,6-dimethoxy phenylent hanone (2), 3-methyl-but-2-enoic acid-[2-(4-methoxy phen yl)-ethyl]-amide (3), 5,6,7,2′-tetramethoxy isoflavonoid ( 4), 2′-hydroxy-5,6,7-trimethoxyisoflavonoid (5). Conclusion Compounds 2, 3, and 5 are new compounds. And the others were isolated from Anabasi s L for the first time.
