应用旋转组合设计研究C、N、P对苏云金杆菌的影响 被引量:3

Optimization of growth medium for Bacillus thuringiensis using rotational-combinational design

摘要 采用二次回归旋转组合设计方法,对苏云金杆菌WB7菌株的溶解性葡萄糖培养基配方进行了摇瓶优化筛选.建立了产孢量与C源、N源、P源的数学模型,分析了各因素的单因素效应和互作效应.试验获得的C、N、P三因素最佳组合为:C源、N源、P源的质量分数分别为 1. 27%、2. 144%、0. 122%. An quadratic-regression-rotational-combinational design was used to screen fermentative medium of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) isolate WB7. The regression equation was established which expresses the number of spores of Bt as function, and carbon source, nitrogen source and phosphorus source as variable respectively. Using the regression equation, the single factor effect and mutual effect was studied. The most appropriate fermentative medium is composed of carbon source 1.27%, nitrogen source (2.144%) and phosphorus source 0.122%.
