Development of Large Distributed Counter-gravity Casting Equipment

介绍了自行研制的大型分体式反重力铸造设备,该设备有效地解决了生产超大、超重大型复杂薄壁铸件时存在的问题,其控制系统具有较高的控制精度和可靠性。

Counter-gravity casting (CGC) is an effective method to shape complicated thin-wall castings of good-quality. However, it is difficult to apply CGC to shape large castings (over 1T per unit) due to limited hardware conditions. This paper introduces a large distributed counter-gravity casting equipment (CGCE) which can be used easily to shape large complicated thin-wall castings without weight and profile problems, and has high control precision and reliability.
