摘要
从酸角果肉和种子的研究与开发利用、生物生态学、繁殖栽培技术研究等方面,对国内外酸角的研究现状进行了综述。指出目前国内外酸角的研究多集中在果肉的加工利用,罗望子多糖的提取和应用,繁殖技术研究等方面。提出今后应加强新产品开发利用,种质资源收集,抗性育种,开花结实机理等方面的研究。
This paper is a review in the researches and exploitation utilization of Tamarindus indica L. at home and abroad, From the aspects of Tamarind pulp and seed, bioecology,propagation and cultivation researches of were described. The current researches at home and abroad are concentrated mainly on the utilization of Tamarind pulp, extract and utilization Tamarind Seed Polysaccharide, propagation technique. And pointed out future research emphasis of tamarind is utilization of new production,collection of genetic resources, propagation technique of resistant varieties and mechanism of blossom and fruit.
