摘要
采用水培法研究了不同供氮水平对‘汉中冬韭’产量、硝酸盐含量和营养品质的影响。结果表 明:2~20mmol·L-1氮素水平范围内,随韭菜叶片硝酸盐含量增加硝酸还原酶活性也呈升高趋势。当氮素水 平为8~12mmol·L-1时,韭菜产量、维生素C、可溶性糖、蛋白质含量均处于较高水平,而硝酸盐含量和纤 维素含量处于较低水平。以产量和品质作为衡量指标,水培韭菜以8~12mmol·L-1的氮素水平为宜。
The effects of different nitrogen levels on yield, nitrate content,and nutrition quality of‘Hanzhong Chinese chive’(Allium tuberosum Rottler) were investigated under hydroponics. Results showed that at concentration range of 2-20 mmol·L -1 nitrogen level, the content of nitrate reductase increased with increasing nitrate content in leaves. At 8-12 mmol·L -1, yield, vitamin C, soluble sugar,protein content relatively high, nitrate and cellulose contents were relatively low. Taking yield and quality as measurement index, the optimal nitrogen concentration for‘Hanzhong Chinese chive’under hydroponics was 8-12 mmol·L -1.
