‘Meilinhuang’,a New High-yield Variety of Plum with Short Shoots and Quality Fruit

‘美林黄’系从实生梅中选育出的果梅新品种,表现为基枝上布满短枝,树冠紧凑,早果,丰 产稳产,果熟前不易落果。果实适于加工供出口的盐渍梅。外贸梅制品达到MA等级率为98.46%。鲜果与 梅干之比为1.89∶1。产品性状与加工性能优良。

‘Meilinhuang’is a new variety screened out of seeded plum trees.It is characterized by numbers of short shoots, a compact canopy, fruiting early, a high and stable yield and no fruit dropping prior to fruit maturity. The fruit is suitable for processing and export as a salted plum. The processed plum graded at MA for export reached 98.46%.In addition, the ratio of fresh fruit to dried fruit was 1.89∶1. Therefore, this variety is good in quality of the processed fruit for export and processing performance.
