日本版标记测验与西方失语症成套测验的相关性研究

The correlation of the Japanese Revised Token Test and the Western Aphasia Battery

目的:研究日本版标记测验与西方失语症成套测验(WAB)的相关性,探讨日本版标记测验对汉语失语症的临床应用价值。方法:采用日本版标记测验及WAB对39例脑卒中后失语症患者进行检查分析,并将本组失语症患者按照WAB中的失语商(AQ)分为5个严重程度等级,然后分析日本版标记测验与AQ的相关性。结果:日本版标记测验与WAB中的听理解、书写有显著相关性(P<0.05),与年龄、病程及其它语言功能无显著相关性(P>0.05),标记测验成绩中听理解解释占74.3%。在失语症严重程度为3级和4级的患者中,其AQ值与日本版标记测验呈显著性相关性(P<0.05),而在失语症严重程度1级、2级和5级的患者两者无显著性相关性(P>0.05)。结论:日本版标记测验是一种侧重检查听觉理解能力的方法,且与汉字(语)书写有密切关系,并非是单纯听觉理解性测验,它可作为判断中度(失语商为41—81分)汉语失语症严重程度的灵敏而有效的测验方法。

Objective:To study the correlation of the Japanese Revised Token Test and the Western Aphasia Battery(WAB),and to investigate the value in clinical practice that the Japanese Revised Token Test examines the Chinese aphasia.Method:The Japanese Revised Token Test and the Western Aphasia Battery were used to examine and analyze 39 patients with aphasia after stroke. These aphasia patients were divided into five grading groups with the serious level according to the aphasia quotient in WAB. Then the correlations between the Japanese Revised Token Test and the aphasia quotient were analyzed. Result:Correlations of auditory verbal comprehension,writing and performance and the Token Test were significant from aphasia(P<0.05).Correlations of age, course of disease, other function of languages and performance and the Token Test were not significant from aphasia(P>0.05). The auditory verbal comprehension accounted for 74.3 percent of the Token Test performance.Correlations of the Japanese Revised Token Test and the aphasia quotient were significant from aphasia(P<0.05) in the third level and the fourth level of the serious level.However,Correlations of the Japanese Revised Token Test and the aphasia quotient were not significant from aphasia(P>0.05) in the first level, the second level and the fifth level of the serious level. Conclusion:It has close relation between the Japanese Revised Token Test and the Chinese character writing. It can determine the degree of serious sensitive and effective test means for the moderate degree of the Chinese aphasia.
