摘要
光化学-化学发光法测定蔬菜中的维生素C王尊本,郑朱粹,肖利民(化学系现代分析化学研究所)食品中维生素C的测定可用荧光法、2,4-二硝基苯肼比色法、2,6-二氯酚靛滴定法和磷钼兰比色法等[1].但这些方法有的操作较烦,有的选择性较差,有的准确度不够好....
A method of photochemistry-chemiluminescence for the determination of vitamin C in the vegetables is presented. In the acid medium,I ̄ turns into I_2on irradiation of ultraviolet light. Part of I_2formed reacts quantitatively with vitamin C and that reniained is made to react with luminol in a PH 13. 0 buffer solution of H_3BO_3-KOH. By measuring the chemilunescent intensity,the quantity of I_2remained could be determined,and thus the content of vitamin C in the sample could be estimated indirectly. The linear relative coefficient of standard curve is more than 0. 99 and the recoveries obtained are between 92. 1% and 104%.
