摘要
研究了PEG为固液相转移催化剂(PTC),固体K_2CO_3为碱一步合成三唑酮。考察了二元溶剂,碱,PTC,不同滴加方式对三唑酮收率的影响,结果表明:在适当条件下,三唑酮收率可达65.4%。
Triadimefon(1)was prepared in one-step from 1,2,4-triazole,4-chlorophenol and α,α-dichloropinacolone under solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis condi-tions,Effects of reaction conditions such as different addition sequence,molecular weight ofPEG,base and bisolvent system on the yield of(1)were studied.Fair yield was obtainedwith PEG 600 and powdered potassium carbonate in toluene/methyl-isobutyl ketone(1:1 V/y)bi-solvent.
