polyaniline film can produce photocurrent in acid solution under illumi-nation with visible light.At different potential,polyaniline film electrode induces reversiblechange of photoanodic and photocathodic current.This speciality involves transformation ofPand n type semiconductor structure of polyaniline film. Fe (CN)I ̄(1-) and Cu ̄(2+) ionscan dope into polyaniline film and participate in the photovoltaic effect.The speciality,re-sponse time,intensity and transitional potential of photocurrent change greatly.
