虾病病原菌快速简易生化鉴定的研究

Rapid and Simple Biochemical Identificatin of the Prawn-Pathogenic Bacteria

根据细菌分类原理和Ｂｅｒｇｅｙ氏系统细菌学手册的生化鉴定特征，找出最能区别其主要特征的项目，制成孤菌属和气单胞菌属常见种的快速简易生化鉴定检索表，用标准菌种验证，并应用于１４８株对虾病原菌的鉴定，获得满意结果。

Based on the principles of bacterial taxonomy and Bergey’s manual ofsystematic bacteriology,Identification Keys were established for rapid and simple biochemicalidentification of Vibrto and Aeromonas isolated from the prawn samples. The standard strainswere used for the test of feasibility of the identification keys and 148 strains isolated from theprawn samples were identified with the identification keys established,and the satisfying re-sults were obtained.
