摘要
在实验室条件下获得光亮裸甲藻的最大生长率K_(max)为1.84(第2天),指数生长时期的K值为0.9(第6天),第9天后,当细胞密度达3.6×10 ̄3cells/ml时,K趋近于0。在F~F4培养液中,这种甲藻的细胞密度和生长率差别不大,F/8~F/64培养液中的藻细胞密度和生长率在第4或第5天后明显下降,这显然与培养液中的营养盐馈乏有关。
The growth rate of Gymnodinium splendens was examined using a mono-clonal culture isolated from Savannah estuarine,georgia in March,1991.The maximumgrowth rate(K_(max))under the controlled conditions(20 C,illumination of 4 000~4500 luxand L:D/12:12)was 1.84 divisions/day in the second day and then the K values decreasedwith the increasing of the algae derfsities. During the log phase of growth in this cultures theK_(average) was 0.9,which indicated the high potential reproduction rate of the species.
