Some Reflections to Perfect the Pattern of Macro-regulation of Finance

对近年来的金融宏观调控,社会各界争议颇多。在金融宏观调控中,应注意宏观调控的成本、调控政策的配合、中央银行的独立性、金融调控的内外环境等问题。要改善金融宏观调控,就要完善协调配合机制,尽力降低调控成本,保持货币政策的独立性,完善市场基础,进一步加强调控效能。

Nowadays macro-adjustment and control in finance sector is discussed. As to the author's opinion, we should pay attention to the cost and the fitness of the control policies. And at the same time, the independence of the central bank and the financial environment should be considered thoroughly.
