摘要
本文阐述了企业核心竞争力范畴及其构成要素。立足于中国的实际,就如何培育和加强中国企业核心竞争力问题,提出了相关的理论思考和政策建议。
This paper will try to explain the concept of core competitive ability of a company and the elements concluded in the concept. Then based on our own social background, we provide much advice for how to strengthen the core competitive ability in our companies.
