摘要
目的 探讨一种用于计算机辅助设计的镍钛记忆合金(NTMA)牵引器有限元模型的建立方法。方法 用Pro/E软件建立一个具有正弦波形、波长为60mm,振幅为10mm的镍钛记忆合金牵引器的几何模型,导入Marc 软件,对其进行几何修复后生成实体单元,并按实际模拟边界条件,按镍钛合金定义初始条件和材料特性,最终得 到镍钛记忆合金牵引器有限元模型。结果 建立了用于计算机辅助设计的镍钛记忆合金牵引器有限元模型,可以 预测一定形状的牵引器在变形过程中(各时段)其本身结构中各节点、单元的受力、位移情况。结论 本研究率先 运用镍钛记忆合金有限元模型进行计算机辅助设计,这一技术将有助于提高镍钛记忆合金器件的设计精度,并缩 短其设计周期,节约设计成本。
Objective To investigate a new method for establishing the three-dimensional finite element model of nickel titanium memory alloy(NTMA) tractor for CAD. Methods The three-dimensional geometry model of NTMA tractor which was 60 mm in wavelength and 10 mm in amplitude with sine wave form was established by the Pro/E software. After the geometry model repaired and the border condition simulated and the initial condition and material property defined according to the nickel titanium alloy, the finite element model of NTMA tractor was established by the Marc software . Results The finite element model of NTMA tractor for CAD was set up, which could predict the strength and displacement of every node and element of its own structure in the course of deforming. Conclusion The NTMA finite element model for CAD was established. This technology would contribute to improving the precision of design of the NTMA device and shortening its design cycle and reducing its design cost.
