银杏叶片对眼压已控制的慢性青光眼的血流动力学影响

The effect of GBE on ocular hemodynamiss in patients with glaucoma after trabeculectomy

目的 应用彩色多谱勒成像 (color Doppler im aging,CDI)技术 ,观测术后眼压已正常的慢性青光眼患者使用银杏叶片后血流动力学的变化。方法 对 5 0例 (10 0只眼 )抗青光眼术后眼压已正常的慢性青光眼患者使用银杏叶片和安慰剂 3个月 ,使用彩色多谱勒超声检查仪测定其眼动脉 (ophthalmic artery,OA)、视网膜中央动脉 (central retinal artery,CRA)、睫状后短动脉 (short posterior ciliary artery ,SPCA )的收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度 (EDV )、阻力指数 (RI)的变化。结果 使用银杏叶片 3个月后 ,PSV、EDV明显增加 ,RI明显降低。结论 在治疗青光眼降低眼压的同时 ,使用银杏叶片类的药物可为青光眼的治疗提供新的途径。

Objective To investigate the change of ocular hemodynamiss to patients with glaucoma who received GBE after trabeculectomy with color Doppler imaging (CDI). Methods 100 eyes of 50 cases of patients with chronic glaucoma whose IOP was controlled after operation received tabbler of GBE for three months, PSV and EDV and RI of the Ophthalmic artery (OA), Central retinal artery (CRA), Short posterior ciliary artery (SPCA) were observed with CDI. Results PSV and EDV significantly increased and RI significantly decreased. Conclusion The application of GBE may be an useful approach to the treatment of chronic glancoma in the circumstance of clecreasing IOP.
