四种重金属对泥鳅胚胎和仔鱼毒性的研究 被引量:39

摘要 本文研究了Hg、Cu、Pb和Zn四种重金属对泥鳅(Misgurnuaanguillicaudatus)胚胎发育和仔鱼成活的影响。结果表明:四种重金属对泥鳅胚胎毒性强弱顺序为Hg>Cu>Zn>pb,对泥鳅仔鱼毒性强弱顺序为Cu>Hg>Zn>Pb。泥鳅胚胎对这四种重金属的耐毒性强于仔鱼。并得出这四种重金属对泥鳅的24小时半致死浓度(LQ_(50)),对泥鳅仔鱼的24小时和48小时半致死浓度及安全浓度。 ?The Present paper deals with Misgurnus anguillicaudatus embryo developmentand juvenile survive influenced by 4 kinds of heavy metal,Hg,Cu,Pb anb Zn. The exper-imental results make known the toxic intensity of the above heavy metal to Misgurnusanguillicaudatus embryo is Hg>Cu>Zn>Pb,but to the juvenile fish is Cu>Hg>Zn>pb. The resistance to the toxicity in the Misgurnus anguillicaudatus embryo is betterthan that in the juvenile fish.Based on the experiments,the present paper demonstratesthe semi-causing death concentration of the 4 heavy metals to the fish in 24 hours(LC_(50)),also indicates the semi-causimg death concentration aud savety concentra-tionto the juvenile fish in 24 and 48 hours.
