铜族硫化物半导体纳米晶的仿生合成及其光电性能 被引量:2

Biomimetic synthesis of copper group sulphide nanocrystals and their photoelectrical properties

摘要 以蛋膜为模板, 利用其仿生矿化机制和对反应离子的控制传输作用, 制备出了铜族硫化物纳米晶, 直接证明了蛋膜用于纳米材料合成的可行性, 为半导体纳米材料的制备提供了一种新的方法。实验获得的CuS、Ag2S、Au2S3 纳米晶粒径分别为 30、24和 22nm, 均具有主红外透过、光致发光等性能, 并在紫外—可见吸收光谱中出现了常规材料所不具备的新的吸收峰。 Utilizing biomineralization mechanism of eggshell membrane and its control over ions transfer, three kinds of nanocrystals of copper group sulphides were synthesized with eggshell membrane as a template. This indicates the feasibility of synthesizing nanomaterials with eggshell membrane and provides a novel template method for the formation of inorganic nanomaterials. The results show that the average diameters of CuS, Ag_2S and Au_2S_3 nanocrystals obtained from the experiment were 30, 24 and 22nm, respectively; the three kinds of nanocrystals all have some special properties such as fluorescence, none absorb peak in FT-IR, and they also have some new absorb peaks in UV-Vis while the bulk materials haven't.
