摘要
目的 研究健康人心音信号功率谱熵与年龄的关系。 方法 以 12位年轻 (2 1~ 3 0岁 )与 12位年老 (65~80岁 )的健康人为研究对象 ,记录每位受试者在安静状态下的心音信号 ,计算出信号的功率谱熵。 结果 年轻组的心音信号功率谱熵明显大于年老组 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 表明心音信号功率谱熵可作为心血管系统复杂程序的一种新的量度。
Objective To study the relationship between age and power spectral entropy of the heart sound signal from healthy subjects. Methods The study objects is 12 young (21~30yr) and 12 elderly (65~80 yr) healthy subjects. The heart sound signal of all the subjects in rest state was recorded. The power spectral entropy of the signals were calculated. Results The power spectral entropy of heart sound signal was significantly greater in young than in elderly group(P< 0.01). The results indicate that the power spectral entropy of heart sound signal in this study can be applied as a new measurement of cardiovascular system complexity .
