摘要
研究了以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,尿素热解生产氰尿素的合成工艺。结果表明:当尿素:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺=1:6(W/W),回流温度165±1℃,反应时间4~6h,氰尿素的纯度可达98%以上,收率高于90%。
This articie studies the process of synthesing high-purity Cyanuric acid throght pyroiyzing urea with N,N-dimethylfromamide as solvent. The results show that,the molay ratio of urea:N,N-dimethylfromamidewas 1:6,refiux time was 165±1℃ and time reaction was 4-6h. The purity of cyanuric acid was over 98% and its yield was over 90%.
