The Development of a Pressure Measuring Module with Multi Sensors

为解决宽范围精确计量压力的问题 ,将多支压力传感器按量程顺序串联连接 ,不同量程压力传感器之间接有电磁阀 ,组成压力自动计量模块。阐述了该模块的设计原理和硬件构成 ,着重说明了耐高压的磁保持式点动开关电磁阀以及电磁阀控制电路的设计思路。该模块具有很强的实用性 ,为实现岩心分析仪器的模块化打下良好的基础。

To solve the problem of accurate measuring the pressure of wide range, a pressur e measuring module is developed.It is formed by connecting pressure sensors in s eries and controlled by electromagnetic valves. The hardware of the module is pr esented.
